Choose the size for your chain. Files are in 3 packs except for the special file for the 3/8″ Hexa chain file, which is a single pack.

Swiss Saw Chain files

Choose 1/8″ for 1/4″ Picco Saw Chain, 5/32″ diameter for 1/4-3/8″ Picco, 3/6″ for .325 saw chain, 13/64″ for 3/8″ saw chain,  7/32″ for .404 Saw Chain and 3/8″ Hexa chain file (unique).

Recommendations for the Stihl brand chain, other manufacturers may use different sizes.
