Stihl 23 RM3 Chain for Light 04 Bar

The STIHL RAPID™ Micro™ 3 is the low-kickback version of the STIHL RAPID™ Micro™ saw chain. The STIHL 23 RM3 combines the performance of the STIHL RM chain with the added benefit of low kickback, which helps reduce the risk of kickback injuries. This chain features a taller profile and more mass, making it suitable for chainsaws with larger displacement engines. It is designed with a semi-chisel type cutter, which tends to stay sharper longer than a full-chisel chain during everyday use, making maintenance easier.

Applications: The RM3 chain is ideal for felling, bucking, and limbing. It is a general-purpose chain for the high demands of full-time agriculture, construction, and forestry professionals. It is also suitable for nonprofessional users working under similar conditions.

STIHL recommends using low-kickback, green-labeled chains, and green-labeled reduced-kickback bars on all powerheads.
