At Jerry’s, product support is part of the deal after the sale. This service facility supports the products we have sold over the last 47 years and counting. We provide warranty service for the manufacturers we are authorized to do so.
While we service most makes and equipment models, please understand that we prioritize our customers who have patronized us. After all, they are the reason we have flourished and are here in the first place.
Customers should realize that equipment purchased from Jerry’s will generally be in the shop for a much shorter time because Jerry’s is prepared to support the equipment we sell. Why? We are ready to help the equipment by stocking it on our shelves. If we don’t have a needed part, we have staff qualified in the background to process it daily, place required parts orders, receive the pieces, and get them to where they need to be in short order.
No such support exists for repairs for equipment not sold by us. Parts needed will generally have to be sourced and special ordered. We may even have to create new working relationships with new suppliers. This process always takes more time.

Monday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Tuesday, 8:30 am till 6:00 pm.
Wednesday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Thursday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Friday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Saturday, 9:00 am till 1:00 pm.
Sundays and Major Holidays Closed
Note: The service department takes a lunch break between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. If you come at that time, please stop at the store for help.
